Structural composition:

• Drum part:

It is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters. The inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder cooperate with each other. The inner cylinder performs preliminary drying, the middle cylinder further enhances the drying effect, and the outer cylinder plays the role of heat preservation and auxiliary drying.

• Transmission device:

including motor, reducer, support wheel, wheel belt, etc. The motor provides power, drives the support wheel to rotate through the reducer, and the friction between the support wheel and the wheel belt causes the drum to rotate, ensuring that the fracturing sand continues to roll and move in the drum to fully contact with the hot air flow.

• Feeding device:

The fracturing sand to be dried is transported to the dryer, and the stability and uniformity of the feed must be ensured.

• Discharging device:

 It is used to discharge the dried fracturing sand, and it has good sealing to prevent hot gas leakage and dust overflow.

• Heat source system:

Provides heat for the drying process. Common heat sources include coal, natural gas, biomass particles, etc.

• Lifting plate device:

Lifting plates with different angles and spacings are provided in the cylinder, so that the fracturing sand can be evenly dispersed and turned in the cylinder, increasing the contact area between the fracturing sand and the hot air flow and improving the heat exchange efficiency.

• Dust removal system:

Collect and process the dust generated during the drying process to reduce environmental pollution.

• Working principle:

The wet fracturing sand enters the inner cylinder from the feeding device, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the lifting plate in the inner cylinder, and undergoes preliminary heat exchange with the hot air flow from the heat source system to achieve downstream drying and initially remove most of the moisture. Then the fracturing sand enters the middle cylinder for countercurrent drying, and the material is repeatedly lifted in the middle cylinder to extend the drying time. Finally, the fracturing sand falls into the outer cylinder, and is further dried in the outer cylinder before being discharged from the discharging device.
