• Structural composition:
The river sand dryer three-drum dryer is mainly composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters nested and combined. • Working principle:
Wet river sand enters the inner cylinder of the dryer from the feeding device. In the inner cylinder, the river sand is continuously picked up and scattered by the shovel board, and heat exchange is realized in a spiral movement. Downstream drying is carried out to initially remove most of the moisture. Then the river sand enters the middle cylinder for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle cylinder, showing a two-step forward and one-step backward movement mode, fully absorbing the heat of the inner cylinder and the middle cylinder, and prolonging the drying time. Finally, the river sand falls into the outer cylinder, moves in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the outer cylinder, and is discharged from the discharging device after further drying. In this process, the hot air flow provided by the heat source fully contacts the river sand, so that the water in the river sand evaporates and the purpose of drying is achieved.
