Product Introduction

Structural composition:

• Grinding disc:

A horizontally placed circular component made of wear-resistant material. The material is ground on the grinding disc, which is driven to rotate by a motor through a reducer.

• Grinding roller:

Multiple cylindrical components pressed on the grinding disc by hydraulic or mechanical devices. The grinding roller rolls as the grinding disc rotates to grind the material.

• Powder selector:

Located at the top of the vertical mill, it is used to separate fine powder and coarse powder from the ground material. The fine powder is collected as the finished product, and the coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc for re-grinding.

• Transmission device:

Including motor, reducer, coupling, etc., to provide power for the grinding disc and powder selector.

• Hydraulic system:

used to control the pressure of the grinding roller to ensure the grinding effect of the grinding roller on the material.

• Shell:

The outer shell of the vertical mill, which plays a role in supporting and protecting the internal components. The shell is equipped with a feed port, a discharge port, an inspection door, etc.

• Hot air system:

Hot air is introduced into the vertical mill to dry and transport materials. The hot air system includes a hot air furnace, a fan, a pipeline, etc.

• Working principle:

The material enters the vertical mill from the feed port and falls in the center of the grinding disc. The grinding disc rotates under the drive of the motor, driving the material to move to the edge of the grinding disc. At the same time, the grinding roller is pressed on the grinding disc under the action of the hydraulic system to grind the material. The ground material is brought into the powder selector by hot air, and the fine powder is selected as the finished product, and the coarse powder is returned to the grinding disc for re-grinding. The hot air in the vertical mill not only plays the role of drying the material, but also plays the role of conveying the material.
