Coal mill explosion-proof dust collector
The coal mill explosion-proof dust collector is a high-efficiency explosion-proof dust collector specially used for treating coal dust in coal mill systems. The following is a detailed introduction to the product:
Structural composition:
• Shell:
As the external support structure of the dust collector, it is made of strong and corrosion-resistant materials, which can withstand internal pressure and external environmental influences, and isolate the dust-containing gas from the external environment.
• Filter bag:
It is the core component for filtering dust. It usually uses anti-static filter material to prevent static electricity accumulation from generating sparks and causing explosions. The shape of the filter bag is round, flat, etc., and it is selected according to different design requirements.
• Ash hopper:
It is used to collect the filtered coal dust. The design of the ash hopper usually has a large inclination angle, greater than 70 degrees, to prevent coal dust from accumulating and bridging in the ash hopper. It may also be equipped with a vibration device or air cannon to prevent the ash hopper from clogging.
• Dust removal device:
including pulse valve, blowing pipe and other components, by spraying high-pressure gas into the filter bag, the filter bag expands and deforms to produce vibration, and the coal dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper to maintain the filtering performance of the filter bag.
• Explosion-proof device:
such as explosion-proof door, pressure relief valve, etc., when an explosion occurs inside the dust collector or the pressure rises sharply, it can release the pressure in time to protect the dust collector and the safety of surrounding personnel and equipment.
• Inlet and outlet:
Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and after filtering, the purified gas is discharged from the air outlet.
• Bracket:
used to support the weight of the entire dust collector to ensure the stability of the dust collector.
Working principle:
The gas containing coal powder enters the ash hopper of the coal mill explosion-proof dust collector from the air inlet under the action of the fan. In the ash hopper, some large particles of coal powder fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper due to the inertia and gravity.
The gas after preliminary separation enters the filter bag filtration area upward, the gas passes through the filter bag, and the coal dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and is finally discharged from the air outlet.
As the filtering process continues, the coal dust layer on the filter bag continues to thicken, and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases. When the resistance reaches the set value, the cleaning device starts to clean the filter bag to restore the filtering performance of the filter bag.
