The air box pulse bag dust collector is a highly efficient industrial dust removal equipment. The following is a detailed introduction to it:

Structural composition:

• Shell part:

including clean room (gas purification box), filter room, compartment partition, inspection door and shell structure. The clean room is equipped with lifting valves and flower plates, spray short pipes, etc.; the filter room is equipped with filter bags and their frames to support and fix the filter bags to ensure the smooth filtering process of dust-containing gas.

• Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism:

The ash hopper is used to collect the filtered dust. According to different series and imported dust concentration, ash unloading devices such as screw conveyors, air conveying chutes and rigid impeller dischargers (ash unloading valves) can be set up respectively to discharge the collected dust in time.

• Inlet and outlet air box:

including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partitions. The single-row (or single-row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell; for the smaller 32 series, there is no separate box, and the inlet and outlet air ducts are connected to the ash hopper and the clean room respectively.

• Pulse cleaning device:

It consists of a pulse valve, an air bag, a cylinder for a lifting valve and its solenoid valve. The pulse valve is a key component for cleaning. It controls the blowing of compressed air to clean the filter bag. The air bag is used to store compressed air and provide a stable air source for the pulse valve. The lifting valve is used to control the switching of the filtering and cleaning state of each chamber.

• Compressed air pipeline and auxiliary devices:

including compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist, etc. The oil-water separator is used to separate the oil and water in the compressed air to prevent damage to the equipment; the oil mist can provide lubrication for the moving parts of the equipment.

• Working principle:

The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector hopper from the air inlet. The larger particles of dust fall directly into the hopper due to inertial collision, natural sedimentation, etc. The gas containing fine dust is evenly distributed through the guide plate and enters the filter bag of each chamber. When the gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the box through the inside of the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and the air outlet. As the filtering work continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the dust collector operation resistance increases. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the dust cleaning controller sends a signal, first controlling the lifting valve to close the valve plate hole, cutting off the filtering airflow of the chamber, and stopping the filtering work of the chamber. Then, the pulse valve opens, and compressed air greater than 0.4MPa is rushed into the clean air chamber. The compressed air expands rapidly in the box body and rushes into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to deform and vibrate. With the effect of reverse airflow, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is removed and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the lifting valve is opened again, and the chamber re-enters the filtering working state. In this way, each chamber is isolated and the dust cleaning operation is performed in turn.

Advantages and characteristics:

• High dust removal efficiency:

It can reach more than 99.9%, can effectively remove fine dust particles, and dust emissions can be controlled below 30mg/Nm³, meeting strict environmental protection requirements.

• Large air volume:

The large cross-section air inlet structure can handle large air volumes of dusty gas, which is suitable for industrial production sites of various sizes.

• Can handle high-concentration dust:

For high-concentration dust-containing gas below 100g/Nm³, it can still maintain a good dust removal effect, overcoming the problem of decreased efficiency of some dust collectors when handling high-concentration dust.

• Good cleaning effect:

The unique cleaning method of the sub-box chamber has a strong and uniform cleaning force, which can completely remove the dust on the filter bag, avoid the secondary adsorption and accumulation of dust, ensure the long-term stable filtering performance of the filter bag, and extend the service life of the filter bag.

• Reasonable structural design:

The unit volume filtering area is large, the equipment volume is relatively small, and the floor space is small. And the shell strength is good, it can withstand large pressure and vibration, and the operation is stable and reliable.

• High degree of automation:

Equipped with advanced cleaning control device, it can realize timing or fixed resistance cleaning, simple and convenient operation, and reduce the workload and maintenance cost of manual operation.
